With the fifth edition of the conference "Successful Communication Starts from Within" Apeiron Academy confirmed its willingness to pay special attention to the topic internal communications, gathering together the elite Bulgarian internal communication professions with international experts.
Many years passed since the first such event that we organized back in 2006. We could say that "Successful Communication Starts from Within" is a cause in which Apeiron has been working since its inception. For seven years we made lots of steps for the promotion and development of internal communicator profession.
We believe that with every event we raise the bar and we now see more and more colleagues filled with enthusiasm at our events. Such is the cause of internal communications.

Nelly Benova, CEO of Apeiron Communication, opened the conference with welcoming words.
Presenting the history of employer branding, Tom Crawford of The Brain Miner introduced the audience to the basic concepts behind this term as a constant process of development of an employer as a "brand" and the correlation with corporate social responsibility.
What efforts are made to build employer affiliation, how it adds value to CSR and how it affects the image of the bank - Daniela Boyanova of CIBANK presented the program " Four Seasons of Good Works".
Presentation of Ann Pilkington, Director of PR acadeny, combined the latest research and an interactive session with the outcome being a career and development map for internal communication practice in Bulgaria.
Jonathan Gladwish & Ivan Ivanov from 60K Call Centers lifted the mood of the audience showing how a creative approach such as "The Rhythm of 60K" can create engagement and higher productivity among employees.
Kevin Ruck of PR Academy told us why measuring internal communications are a critical part of the work of communicators and how it can contribute to higher levels of employee engagement.
Meral Tahsin and Svetla Bozhilova from ATOS Bulgaria presented the campaign of the company that built commitment to the cause of the Olympics, directly related to the organization's partnership with the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Games in particular.
Tom Crawford talked about managing change, building confidence and brand engagement in his second presentation of the day - a case study of E.ON UK.
Bilyana Drajeva of Mobiltel told us how through various internal initiatives in 2012 the company improved its communications, trust in management and employee engagement.
And with this very colorful program Apeiron Academy closed the conference day with wishes to meet with participants, speakers and guests at the event next year.
